Looking for a quick, economical choice in Woodland Hills can sometimes be a bit risky. But if you want to be confident in a clean choice with great, cheap lunch specials, step into Red Dragon. The place looks like a disaster from the outside but the interior is totally redone. New booths, painting and a flat screen make this a killer spot to watch the FIFA games. I recommend their Kung Pao chicken and spicy orange chicken for those who like a little kick. You’ll also get a choice of soup, rice and egg rolls at unheard of $5.50. Bring the boys and watch the game!
